This was important because it was the first new moon with Aries in the north node. We’ve talked about the nodes, so I won’t rehash it here, but I will say this:

For clarity, the last time we had this astrology was the American Civil War. This is NOT chill astrology. It hasn’t felt chill. So if you feel tired, stressed, are not sleeping, feel anxious, or amped for some reason, you’re reacting to this surge of energy.

Aries will continue on like the prom queen of the zodiac for the next 12 months. Neptune and Saturn will both have major transits there, meaning our dreams (Neptune) and the rules that govern us (Saturn) will be in focus.

But let us not forget that currently Mercury, planet of communication, and Venus, planet of relationships, are retrograde.

Today, just after the New Moon, Mercury retrogrades back into Pisces, sending some very potent and confusing energies to how we communicate our feelings.

Relationships get a special focus because Venus is retrograde in Pisces, which is where the North Node is. It’s conjunct, along with Saturn. So that Ex you keep conjuring in your mind will likely appear if you keep saying their name three times. Especially if you haven’t cut the cord, set the boundary, or blocked their energy by freezing their name in ice. (this really works)

Neptune movies into Aries on the 30th, which means those sweet dreams will quickly turn into beautiful nightmares.
